Tarek El Moussa Defends Wife Heather’s Dance Moves In Latest Social Media Buzz

Tarek El Moussa, the well-known Flip or Flop star, isn’t one to shy away from defending his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. This week, the 42-year-old real estate investor shared a joint Instagram post with Heather, 36, showcasing her attempt at a popular TikTok dance trend. 

The video, captioned “Day 2 learning how to twerk,” featured the couple in their gym, with Heather gradually improving her moves to a remix of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter and Lil Ronny MothaF’s Circle.

Just days earlier, Heather, known for her role in Selling Sunset, posted her “Day 1” attempt at the dance. While her efforts received mixed reactions from fans, with some giving her an “A for effort,” the second video continued to attract varied opinions.

Some fans were supportive, praising Heather’s twerking progress. One admirer commented on her noticeable improvement, but not all responses were positive. One user remarked, “Can we not be so desperate,” prompting Tarek to reply with a single word: “change 🤷‍♂️.” 

Another fan noted the video was “obviously” a joke, to which Tarek responded with clapping emojis.

Despite the criticism, Tarek remained steadfast in his support. When a fan complimented Heather on her progress and acknowledged the couple’s haters, Tarek replied, “We get a ton, it’s crazy.” 

Another supporter expressed dismay at the negativity, stating, “Why is everyone so mean?!?! You are adorable, happy, successful, and in love.” Tarek responded with a heart emoji, encouraging Heather to “Twerk away darling!”

The El Moussas, who married in 2021, continue to engage with their followers on social media, giving glimpses into their personal lives. Recently, Heather hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Stories, where she discussed the possibility of having another child. The couple welcomed their son Tristan last year, joining Tarek’s two children from a previous relationship, Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8.

Revealing that she gets that question “a lot,” Heather said, “We already have one amazing, adorable baby, and I’m obsessed with him. I mean, we have a full plate though. We do have three kids. And Tristan’s an easy baby, you guys. I love everything about it. I love everything about being a mom.”

Heather admitted that while she enjoys motherhood, the idea of having another child comes with mixed feelings. “So it does make me want more kids, but then a lot of people have said you have one angel baby and the second one ends up being like a terror. So that would probably happen to me but you know what? Whatever. So I don’t know, we’ll see. You never know what’s going to happen,” she added.

In an interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show back in April, Tarek shared his thoughts on transitioning from a two-kid to a three-kid household. “It’s a different experience,” he said. 

“When I was in my 20s when I had my daughter, I was young, I was building my business. I was overwhelmed. I was stressed out. And today, I’m a little more established. I’m a little older, I’m a little wiser. So it’s a different experience, and I’m really enjoying it,” she added.
