According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the 64-year-old was arrested after his estranged wife, Kate Major, accused him of attacking her. The situation unfolded on Friday, February 21, when 42-year-old Major was at a medical appointment and spotted Lohan in the parking lot. Feeling uneasy, she called 911, fearing he was following her. Major went on to tell deputies that, just days earlier, Lohan had allegedly “flipped her out of a chair” at their residence. Authorities confirmed that a female deputy observed bruises on Major’s body, further fueling concerns about the alleged altercation.
When deputies confronted Lohan at his home, he was “arrested without incident,” according to law enforcement. He is currently being held on a charge of Continuous Family Violence with a hefty $30,000 bond attached to his name. As of now, his reps have not responded to requests for comment.
