Megan Fox And MGK Introduce Baby Saga Blade — And Her Name Tells A Story

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have officially entered a brand-new era, and it starts with a baby named Saga Blade. In a soft, black-and-white Instagram video posted on June 17, MGK (real name Colson Baker) strummed a ukulele while his newborn daughter gently rocked in a baby bouncer. 

His caption was short but emotional: “Saga Blade Fox-Baker ❤️‍🔥 thank you for the ultimate gift @meganfox.”

Yes, the name is real. And yes, it’s packed with meaning.

According to someone close to the couple, “Saga” means “story” or “tale,” and it instantly clicked with them. “[It] felt really right,” the source said. “It’s a new chapter—full of meaning and hope.”

Megan and MGK, who were once engaged but split in late 2024, are still connected through their daughter. Though they now live separately, the source says they spend a lot of time together at Megan’s place. “He’s been great — really trying to be the best dad he can. The baby is adorable, and Megan’s doing really well,” they added. 

Baby Saga arrived on March 27, 2025. She’s Megan’s fourth child and MGK’s second. Megan is already mom to sons Noah (12), Bodhi (11), and Journey (8) with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. MGK has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship. But little Saga Blade is their first child together.

Even with a breakup in the mix, both parents seem fully in sync about this next phase. MGK first hinted at how deeply he feels about fatherhood during a red carpet moment at the 2025 American Music Awards. “Baby’s great,” he said with a grin. “She has a little bit of a fever, so I’m gonna just walk the carpet and go back…Give her my pheromones, and let her heal up.”

He called life with Saga “awesome” and said he was “just so elated.”
