Khloe and Kris Marvel Over Scott Disick’s Weight Loss Reality Show Premiere

Scott Disick is back on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and he’s looking like a new man.

Viewers can get up close and personal with the 40-year-old’s killer transformation by watching the season premiere that dropped on Thursday, May 23.

The media personality’s appearance was met with compliments from Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian when he welcomed them into his home.

“Wow, somebody’s lost a lot of weight!” the 68-year-old gushed as she gave the Talentless founder a warm hug. She added, “You look great!”

In a confessional, the momager admitted that she’s been worried over Scott’s health in recent months. “Scott looks great and I know that he’s really struggled the last year or so. I felt like he was not in the best place and it made me really sad,” she shared.

Khloe also praised Kourtney Kardashian’s ex. “Wow, you’re really being healthy!”, she exclaimed when she opened the refrigerator in his house. The camera showed its content—an assortment of good-for-you foods like almond milk and fruit.

His radical transformation comes 7 months after he appeared on an episode of The Kardashians. At the time, he shared “I’ve gained a lot of weight here because of my back.” The media personality added that his back has gotten worse since his August 2022 accident.

He also revealed that his injury has affected his sex life. “No motion for me, that’s pretty damn hot,” he said as he made light of his situation.

“Isn’t that motivation to fix your back?” Khloe jokingly clapped back.

At the time, Khloe shared concerns about his weight gain in a confessional. “I think Scott maybe needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I’ve seen him. He’s barely mobile, and it’s all from his back, so that wouldn’t make anyone feel good,” the owner of the fashion-forward brand Good American said.

She added, “I think Scott needs to realize, these things are fixable.”

His therapist echoed the sentiment after an MRI. “You’re kind of on that cusp of possibly needing surgery. The good news is you can save it without doing surgery. But you need to be locked in. You have a little window, but it’s closing on you,” he said.

Well, fix it he did.

He looked so dramatically thin that fans were concerned it was the work of Ozempic, the go-to celebrity drug for weight loss. The FDA-approved prescription injection is prescribed to improve blood sugar levels in those with Type 2 Diabetes but is being misused as a diet drug.

With side effects that range from bowel blockages and inflammation of the pancreas to death, it’s only natural that well-wishers would like him to get lean any other way.

Kris and Khloe’s visit addressed those rumors.

“Scott recognized that he needed to stop taking Ozempic after seeing the photos of himself and the public outcry over his weight loss,” a source disclosed to Daily Mail

“He thought he looked good because he was thinner again not realizing that this was not healthy,” they added. It is believed that he’s now working with a nutritionist to tackle his fluctuating weight.
