Britney Spears Claps Back at Osbournes: “Kindly F— Off”

After the Osbournes uploaded a patronizing podcast criticizing Britney Spears’ penchant for sharing dance videos on social media, the singer issued a concise yet unmistakable response: ”Kindly f— off.”

It all started when English musician Ozzy Osbourne talked about Britney’s dance videos with his family. The discussion was uploaded as the July 16 episode of The Osbournes Podcast. 

The “Flying High Again” hitmaker could be heard complaining, “I’m fed up of seeing poor old Britney Spears [dancing] on YouTube every f—king day. It’s sad, very, very sad.” 

His wife, Sharon Osbourne, concurred and referred to the 90s pop singer as a “poor little thing.” Their kids, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, agreed that it was sad.

“I feel so sorry for her,” Kelly added.

Of course, Britney got wind of it. She clapped back at the family with her own post on social media. The 42-year-old began a lengthy Instagram post by talking about the film Serendipity. 

She began by praising Kate Beckinsale’s performance: “I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age-appropriate content .. she’s in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old.”

Britney then referenced the Osbournes’ unprovoked attack against her videos: “Not as bad as some of my comments saying it’s sad that I’m as old as I am and I’m dancing every single day on my IG!” 

She continued, “Number 1) I hardly ever dance… and number 2) I’m not poor at all.”

The “Oops I Did It Again” singer proceeded to request that people be less judgmental. 

“I know what it’s like to be judged,” Spears responded. “But I think it’s important to help each other and invite each other to places that help our souls grow !!!… What are you gonna do to help someone out and bring their dreams to life besides being like me and Kate’s haters saying we’re too old or don’t have appropriate content ??? Do you think perhaps they might be offended by what they see ???”

She talked about how fulfilling it was that she was teaching kids how to dance and work towards their dreams. 

As Britney ended her post, she said she wished she could do a photo shoot with Kate. The pop vocalist then signed off with, “Tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f— off.”
