Margot Robbie’s Ocean’s Prequel Is Building a Dream Heist Team

Margot Robbie is preparing to enter the glamorous world of Ocean’s, and her crew is becoming more exciting with every new name. 

The upcoming prequel stars Robbie alongside Bradley Cooper, who is also writing and directing. The story is expected to explore the adventures of Danny Ocean’s parents before he became the brilliant casino thief audiences know. 

The setting could be absolutely delicious: a major heist connected to the Monaco Grand Prix, surrounded by roaring race cars, wealthy guests, elegant fashion and priceless targets. It is the perfect environment for an Ocean’s movie, where style is almost as important as the crime. 

Josh Gad has joined an ensemble that also includes Wagner Moura and Monica Barbaro. Gad can bring playful comedy, while Moura has the screen power to create a dangerous opponent. Barbaro adds confidence and cool energy. Together, they could form a wonderfully unpredictable mix. 

Robbie feels perfectly suited to this universe. She can be charming, funny and completely fearless, sometimes within the same moment. Whether her character is leading the robbery or distracting everyone while Cooper handles the plan, she is likely to keep viewers guessing.
