Lindsay Lohan: From Hollywood Wild Child to Domesticity in Dubai

Lindsay Lohan has officially left her Hollywood wild child days in the past. She now embraces a tranquil life in Dubai with her husband, Bader Shammas, and their 16-month-old son, Luai. The Mean Girls star, now 38, opened up about her journey to peace and health while promoting her latest Netflix holiday film, Our Little Secret

During the red carpet event promoting her latest film, Lindsay stunned fans with her radiant glow, rocking a sheer black dress that showcased her newfound vitality. Her transformation has been nothing short of extraordinary. Gone are the chaotic club-hopping days with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie that once dominated tabloid headlines.

Now, Lindsay lives for her structured daily routine, filled with meditation, Pilates, and family bonding. “I try to keep a nice, clean diet,” she revealed. “And doing Pilates is a lifesaver, just to keep me active and my mind active.” She calls her mornings The Truman Show, joking about their predictability. The star was quick to add, “But I love it. I really love structure because I don’t think I had that when I was young.”

Dubai has played a major role in her transformation. Its strict privacy laws afforded her the escape she needed after years of relentless attention from the paparazzi. “To never have to worry about that in a place where I live is a startling feeling,” Lindsay shared. Reflecting on her turbulent past, she admitted, “I feel like some of my work got overshadowed by paparazzi when I was younger, and that’s kind of annoying.”

Her husband, Bader, has been a rock in her life, offering constant support and guidance. “He’s very intuitive and has a good understanding of how things are going to work out,” Lindsay said, adding that his advice makes her feel “safer.” Their son, Luai, has also had a profound impact on her. “Every morning, waking up and running to grab my son… it’s just beautiful,” she gushed.

Becoming a mom has even helped her mend her relationship with her body. “I feel like we put so much pressure on ourselves to have to look ‘good’ so soon, but you look so beautiful postpartum.”

Although Lindsay now splits her time between Dubai and the US, she remains cautious about returning to the Hollywood grind. Instead, she’s embracing her slower-paced life and cherishing the family she’s built.

With her Netflix film about to be released, Lindsay proves that this next chapter in her life is all about balance, love, and—most importantly—peace.
