Latest Lawsuit Accuses ‘P Diddy’ of Lacing Baby Oil with Date Rape Drug

Ever since music producer Sean “P Diddy” Combs’ arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, cases have continued to pile up. The disgraced rapper is facing as many as a dozen civil lawsuits, each with serious charges, ranging from sexual misconduct to trafficking.

One of the latest lawsuits brough against the media mogul claims that the baby oil found in his house was laced with Rohynol or GHB, which — while not exactly the same — are both date rape drugs.

The victim further alleges that she was once violently assaulted after telling Combs’ friend that she wanted to have nothing to do with the record executive.

The victim’s lawyer revealed details of the suit to the publication The Daily Beast. In it, the victim says she was made to retrieve a bottle of liquid from a large fanny pack, which Combs squirted on her. The plaintiff initially assumed the liquid was a chemical substance like acid, but later realized it was oil/lubricant.

Her attorney told the publication that the victim didn’t know what else it could have been, if not a drug. “Every time they squirted the liquid on me, I went more and more limp. I didn’t know what was happening,” the lawyer quoted their client as saying.

Federal officials have long been confused about the significance of baby oil to the case.  During raids on Combs’ properties, the prosecutors said 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were seized.

In a TMZ Studios documentary, the rapper’s lawyer attempts to explain this by saying Combs was buying baby oil in bulk, because “he has a big house.”

The lawyer then attempts to turn the question on the interviewer, asking if the reporter had ever “counted how many things people walk out of Costco with.”

The latest lawsuit, however, indicates that things may not be as cut and dry. The allegations are just one of several new lawsuits to emerge against the rapper.

Last week, a fresh lawsuit alleged that Combs assaulted a minor at one of his white parties, while five others allege similar acts of rape and assault.

After having pleaded not guilty to all charges of sexual assault, Combs and his lawyer also released a statement in the New York Times to that effect. However, on October 1st, an attorney said that over 100 more people were preparing to file individual lawsuits against the rapper. Most of these cases, as per LA Times, will be filed in New York and California.
