Romeo Beckham Calls It Quits With Long-Time Girlfriend Mia Regan
So far, 2024 hasn’t been shaping up for David and Victoria Beckham’s son, Romeo Beckham. The footballer of Brentford B. split up with his long-time girlfriend, Mia Regan. The two spent Valentine’s Day apart while news surfaced that the model left their shared home.
Romeo has been dating the 21-year-old Mia since 2019 although they had a brief break in 2022. The young athlete sparked rumors that their relationship was experiencing challenges when he failed to post a social media tribute for Mia during Valentine’s weekend.
Additionally, Mia went to Italy last week but Romeo was nowhere to be seen. The model attended the Missoni show during the Milan Fashion Week. The event took place a few hours before news of their split started circulating on the internet. Reports claim that the two called it quits after an argument.
An insider informed Mirror that Romeo and Mia had a fallout. As of writing, the two are no longer together. The same source shared, “They were living together, but Mia has apparently moved out of the place they shared and is staying with her parents. They’ve split up in the past and got back together again, but this time it feels more serious—Mia moving out obviously points to it being more than just a tiff.”
Meanwhile, Romeo confirmed the news of their breakup on Instagram. “Mooch and I have parted ways after 5 years of love. We still have a lot of respect for each other, and still hold a strong friendship and always will,” he wrote.
Romeo and Mia were last seen together during the British Fashion Awards last December in London. Since then, neither has posted pictures of the other on their social media pages. This is a significant change since the couple is known to gush about each other on their Instagram accounts.
For Valentine’s, Romeo posted a photo with his mother, 49-year-old fashion designer Victoria, as they shared a meal at West London’s Dorian Bistro in Notting Hill. One fan left a comment on the photo, “No Valentine message for Mia then? Have they split up?”
