Ariana Grande’s New Album “Eternal Sunshine” Brings A Fresh Approach, No More Singles Before Release

Ariana Grande, the beloved pop superstar, is taking a new approach with her upcoming album, “Eternal Sunshine,” and fans are in for a unique musical journey. In an Instagram update, the 30-year-old artist shared her plans for the album’s release and her excitement for this fresh perspective.

The thank u, next singer typically releases several singles before dropping a full album. However, this time, she’s changing her strategy, as she revealed that she won’t be releasing any more advanced singles before the complete album hits the shelves on March 8.

In her message to fans, she expressed her gratitude for their unwavering support and excitement. Explaining her decision, she said, “as hard as it is to resist the urge to share another song or single with you all asap, I would really love for you to experience the album in full this time.”

While she will release individual tracks as singles after the album’s launch, she believes that letting fans listen to the entire album first is the ideal way for them to experience her latest work.

Ariana thanked her fans for trusting her vision and plan, acknowledging their patience for new music. She’s eager to share this new era with her devoted followers and can’t wait for them to make Eternal Sunshine their own.

The pop sensation also teased that, instead of advanced songs, there are “a little surprise or two” in store for fans before the early March release of Eternal Sunshine.

She initiated her seventh studio album’s era by releasing the lead single, Yes, And?, in January. The track quickly claimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, showcasing the singer’s confidence and resilience over a vibrant disco-and-house-inspired beat.

Accompanying the single was a stylish dance video that drew inspiration from Paula Abdul’s iconic 1989 visual for Cold Hearted.

After the success of Yes, And?, Ariana confirmed her album’s release date and title. She described some of the tracks as “really vulnerable” and hinted at a concept album that weaves together different aspects of the same story.

In a throwback video, she shared her emotional journey while creating Eternal Sunshine. She discussed the album’s concept, where she embraces the expectations people have of her while also revealing her vulnerability in other tracks.
